What I do:
As Programme Manager of the Poverty and Inequality (P&I) Programme, I work with the P&I team to ensure that the programme delivers evidence-based work and strategic engagement to increase the understanding and use of poverty and inequality data, in support of development efforts to leave no one behind. Our work takes into account the varying quality and limitations of different data, considers the strength of underlying data ecosystems and the inclusion of marginalised people throughout the data lifecycle.
Previous experience:
At DI, I previously worked as Programme Officer on the P&I Programme. Before joining DI, I worked at Oxfam GB in project support roles within the Campaigning and Impact teams for over three years. Before that, I was the Migrant Centre Coordinator for Caritas Cyprus, providing grassroots-level support to asylum seekers, refugees and victims of human trafficking. I am passionate about human rights, climate and gender justice, and their interrelation with poverty and inequality.
