What I do:
As Programme Manager of the Global Humanitarian Assistance (GHA) Programme, I work with the GHA team to ensure the programme delivers expert evidence-based work and strategic engagements that enable the humanitarian sector to improve crisis preparedness, response and resilience.
Previous experience:
I worked at DI as Project Manager on the
Global Nutrition Report
, specifically working on the
GNR 2022 Report
,
NAF Commitment Tracker
and other outputs under the Nutrition Accountability Framework. Prior to joining DI, I worked at the University of the West of England in international, research and project-based roles. This included a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation-funded project on technology to create electricity from organic waste, for use in development contexts; and an educational development and fundraising project working with South African township communities and UK-based academics and volunteers. I have also worked in Greece as a Warehouse Coordinator to support families in refugee camps, and am a qualified TEFL teacher.
