I provide advice, support and direction to Development Initiatives in my role as Board Member.
Previous experience:
I am Chief, Performance Management and Accountability, at
UNICEF
. I oversee the corporate performance monitoring and accountability portfolio, which facilitates the development and use of standards, tools and systems for internal strategic management, and the use of information on results to strengthen organisational performance. I also lead UNICEF’s initiative to increase public transparency and accountability. Moreover, I am part of the
International Aid Transparency Initiative
(IATI) governing board, and prior to joining UNICEF spent seven years in programme management at USAID’s Kenya Office.
